Personal Training

All experience levels are welcome.

Crawford Street Gym exists to provide a welcoming atmosphere for those looking to improve themselves physically. That includes those that are seeking the assistance of a personal trainer. We try to make it as easy as possible to get started.

Anyone interested in personal training can use our initiation program detailed below. You do not need to be an active Crawford Street Gym member to join the initiation program. If you decide to continue personal training at the end of the initiation program, you must become a member. Active personal training clients receive a special discounted rate for gym membership.

Initiation Program:

Free consultation, evaluation, and assessment

The first meeting will comprise of basic things like health history and goal setting. A brief physical assessment will follow and will be used to create a four week training program for the client based on the information gathered.

Free personal training session (60 minutes)

This will include teaching the basics covered in the four week training program, which is tailored to the client. The full training session will include demonstrations and explanations of the exercises, performed with the client from start to finish.

Continue with the trainer or on your own

At this point, you have the option to continue with the personal trainer for the competitive price of $30/session, or you can take a copy of the four week program and continue on your own.
